“Le Terre di Isa” is an organic farm that houses an exclusive and comfortable farmhouse, surrounded by a forest uphill and an organic olive grove downhill.
The old farmhouse is located in Magione, close both to Lake Trasimeno on one side and Perugia on the other side and today is mainly dedicated to the production of biological extra virgin olive oil and to tourist accommodation.
Alessandra and Claudio and the whole team will be happy to give you an unforgettable stay in one of the most beautiful corners of Umbria.

The eighteenth-century stone farmhouse was renovated in 2001 utilising exclusively natural and recycled materials, according to the principles of bio-architecture.
All spaces have been carefully organized to recreate an atmosphere of yesteryear, where details make each room unique.

Our services
Hospitality has always been a complementary activity on the farm: the strategic position that characterizes the location allows you to spend holidays in the name of relaxation and well-being, but also of art and beauty, typical of the famous villages in Umbria and Tuscany.
With a short car drive you can reach the picturesque towns of Lake Trasimeno and visit historic cities such as Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Città della Pieve, Montepulciano, Siena, Cortona.
The structure is equipped with a 6x12m outdoor swimming pool (open from June to September), as well as a play area suitable for children and a fitness area for adults.
From the farmhouse it is possible to discover, on foot or by bicycle, nature trails, reaching as far as Lake Trasimeno. Many guided tours are proposed locally to discover the area.
Those who love to take care of their body will have the possibility to choose to spend some time relaxing in our Wellness Area dedicated to the couple.
We are a Terranostra di Campagna Amica farmhouse and, as such, we offer experiences in the name of nature and relaxation, always respecting the tradition and history of the territory where we are located, in order to promote and sometimes discover the treasures of Umbria and the Trasimeno Lake area, one of the most beautiful protected natural parks in the country.
Food and Tastings
The farm enjoys the ownership of an organic olive grove producing an extra virgin olive oil, now available for purchase. “Noi” (meaning “We”) is the name with which we baptized our first oil, produced in 2017, as an homage to all those “hands” who collaborated with us in the olive harvest that first time in October of that year.
Tastings of local products are offered during special occasions or on request, in front of the fireplace in the autumn-winter period or in the garden, to enjoy the summer days, even as a picnic.
We also offer visits to our olive grove to get closer to the world of oil as well as creative workshops related to the theme, for adults and children, to enjoy an alternative and unique travel experience.
Both inside and outside the farm is possible to play sport and enjoy leisure activities.
In our farmhouse we DO NOT HAVE RESTAURANT SERVICE, but we are only 5 minutes – by car – away from the main restaurants in Magione and the Lake Trasimeno area.
We provide all our guests with a list of restaurants suitable to satisfy all tastes, selected to offer you a wide choice of local and traditional cuisine.
Pet-Friendly
We welcome guests with pets
There will be an extra charge of € 10.00 / night per animal.
The owners of four-legged friends must guarantee compliance with the rules listed below:
- The customer must be adequately equipped for the well-being of their pet (kennels, beds, food)
- The pet must be accustomed to living at home and in a cleaning regime, in common areas, respecting the peace and spaces of the other guests present in the structure.
- The room will not be serviced in the case of unattended pets, left alone without the presence of their owners.
- The owners of animals staying at our facility accept full responsibility for any damage that may arise from non-compliance with the rules described above
