Le Terre di Isa
Our Biological extra virgin olive oil comes from 220 Leccino olive trees located in the Casenuova area in Magione (in the province of Perugia), after the old farmhouse, home to the Agriturismo Le Terre di Isa.
It has been certified BIOLOGIC by CCPB, a inspection and certification body for agri-food and “no food” products obtained in the organic farming, eco-compatible and eco-sustainable sectors.
CHARACTERISTICS: Fruity oil of medium intensity with distinctly herbaceous notes recalling chicory leaves. Its taste is decidedly bitter and spicy, leaving long-lasting vegetal notes.
Pairing
Being an extra virgin olive oil with an intense flavor, but not too spicy, it stands out for its characteristic of fruity and bitter notes, it is ideal on a bruschetta (also using salt-free bread) or to dress a salad, some roasted vegetables, or adding a drizzle over meat and fish.
It is a baby suitable product for weaning time.

It is undergoing the evaluation process to obtain the biological certification, as the plants are cared for without fertilizers or chemical treatments of any kind.
CHARACTERISTICS: Light fruity oil with vegetal notes with hints of artichoke and almonds. The taste is slightly bitter and spicy, and its colour is intense.
Pairing
On the palate, this is a more delicate oil and it is possible to use it in the preparation of a sauce, to sauté vegetables, meat or fish. It enhances the tasty recipes of Umbrian cuisine: it goes perfectly with vegetable-based soups and white meats cooked on the grill.
It add the right amount of seasoning to your dish making it very appetizing.
