Private Relaxation Area in the Farmhouse
The north wing of the ancient Umbrian farmhouse hosts an exclusive relaxation area, bookable for private use.
A 90-minute session can be reserved for up to two people, ideal for couples or anyone seeking a moment of intimacy and total regeneration.
The warm and enveloping atmosphere, created by lit candles, soft lighting, and relaxing music, accompanies guests on a true sensory relaxation experience.
The wellness area is equipped with:

- 60°C Finnish sauna
- Chromotherapy shower
- Diffusion of aromatherapy with certified essential oils
- Two comfortable loungers

Natural Wellbeing
You can enhance your relaxation experience by taking advantage of the resources available around the property:
A walk in the woods: A guided tour will lead you along a path above the property, where at each stop you can enjoy an activity aimed at restoring balance through direct contact with nature, based on the principles of forest bathing. The trail leads to the top of the hill to a panoramic point where you can admire Lake Trasimeno from above. You can do the trail independently or request a guide for an additional fee.
A fitness session in the garden with our cardio equipment, perfectly suited for users of all ages and fitness levels, for a natural and intuitive fitness experience. Free admission at all hours. From the stations, you can download a guide to help you make the most of the equipment for your workout.
Furthermore, in some corners of our property you can find your own space to read a book, meditate or simply relax in complete privacy.
Local Tastings: Nourish the Senses
Wellness also comes from taste, and at Le Terre di Isa you can request a sweet or savory tasting, prepared with local Umbrian products and a taste of our own organic EVO oil.
A simple and authentic experience, to be enjoyed slowly, in harmony with the place. Also available as a picnic option.

How to reach Bastia Umbra from our location
Perugia is 35 km from our farmhouse and can be reached:
- by car, along the A1 Bettolle-Perugia motorway in about 20/30 minutes. Take the “Bastia Umbra” exit
- by train, from Magione station to Bastia (Regionale Veloce train) with a 20 minute walk to reach Umbria Ferie. Click here to see timetables and fares
- by bus: check the bus timetable (linea E018) from Magione bus stop in via dei Molini to Perugia (bus stop in via XX Settembre) then take the bus to Bastia (linea E006) in via Marconi. Get off in via Del Lavoro to get to the Centro Fiera (exhibition center) in 3 minutes.
