During your stay at Le Terre di Isa you can choose to combine a Yoga and Meditation experience through one of the two proposed formulas.

An immersive experience of contact with the body, mind and energy of the surrounding nature, with the expert Claudia Millucci, holistic life coach and Yoga teacher.

 

1. Yoga lesson in the countryside for various levels (with guided meditation, Ahimsa, breathing techniques, yoga nidra)

Price: from 1 to 4 people €18.00/person

Price: from 5 to 10 people €12.00/person

 

2. Yoga-Meditation – 3 hour workshop

It includes:

• Yoga-Meditation sessions (guided meditation, yoga nidra, breathing techniques)
• Tibetan bell and drum sound experience
• Experiential meditation in nature with blindfolded eyes
• Sharing circle on the theme of the sacred union of the feminine and masculine.
• Walk in nature.

Price: 3h for €70.00/person with a minimum of 4 participants

The experience is open to a maximum of 10 participants.

Equipment

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing (at least one warm and covering item), hat, sunscreen, blanket, fitness mat (the facility has a limited number of these).
